After being a patient for over 7 years, this morning Thursday March 23rd, 2023, I received a bill from Landmark Smiles. I have not been to your practice since Tuesday September 20th, 2022 for a third cleaning and fluoride treatment out-of-pocket expense paid with Dr. Kurt M. after the removal of my orthodontic braces, which I paid in the form of a Debit transaction- $71.07. After over 35 years of going to this practice including before it was sold, I will never return. Today I was told that I MUST get a procedure that is not covered by my insurance and if i do not comply with their guidelines I will no longer be able to have my dental care taken care of by them....WOW I guess that's the NEW Customer service plan......NEVER AGAIN....
