I had Lang renovate my pool by installing new coping, tile, and plaster. The final product is ok, but not great at a cost of over 30k. It was a nightmare of communication. The guys show up when not expected and don't come when scheduled. If you don't watch them, they will screw something up (fill your expansion joint with concrete). Our experience was with Lang Pools has been miserable. The medium sized pool took nearly a year to complete. Several times, the finish materials had to be removed and reapplied and still the tile work is flawed. Debris from the concrete and tile work was left strewn about the site. Lang Pools crews left tile, grout and mortar debris and residue in the spa, pool and reservoir. During the erratic process, Chris Lang berated the Client, the Architect and the Construction Manager with profanity.
