Rick Lima helped to save my closing! I had a closing that was happening at 1 pm and my client was informed by her current insurance company that the premium was going to go up $1,300!! We called Rick first thing that morning and although he was away at training he still answered the phone. He reached out to his team immediately and was able to get us a binder for $100 less than her original quote.
