We could not recommend Laporte Custom Stone Inc highly enough. They are such a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of their workmanship is second to none whilst the cost being very reasonable. We have recommended them to all our friends!

What a wonderful experience working with Hana and Shayne. I am renovating a 94 year old house and problems and glitches are making me go grey. But not with my countertop! Laporte Custom Stone worked hard to get me what I needed within my budget. They were professional but personable, the install was done earlier than I'd hoped and was done excellently. Definitely recommend them!

Shayne and Hana are great to work with. Shayne's craftsmanship with granite is top-notch and any necessary seams are virtually invisible. This is the second countertop that Shayne has fabricated and installed for me. He is timely, professional and a genuinely nice guy -- it's a pleasure to have him working in my home. In both cases he was very helpful in choosing the stone that best fit my kitchen style and budget. The stone he provided for this job was so gorgeous that good friends of mine went to him for the same one in their new kitchen. In addition, dealing with Hana for the administration and scheduling side is also a real pleasure.

We are absolutely thrilled with the granite tile re-facing that was done to complement our gas insert fireplace in the living room. Durock fire board was attached to the original brick facing and then 1.25 x 6 inch granite tiles were mortared on top in a vertical orientation above the mantle, and a horizontal orientation below. The tiles are cut from from scrap granite counter material making this an environmentally-friendly renovation project. Very happy with the service, reasonable priced and very quick service. Pleasant to work with. We ordered a new granite Kitchen countertop and after a lot of research I chose La Porte Custom Stone. Hana was very quick reply to my email with any questions and concerns that I had. My husband and I picked out our selection of stone and within a week we had it installed at our house. They worked very fast and within a few hours my new counter tops very installed.
