Great counseling sessions. She listened to what I hoped to accomplish with my treatment at Lifestance. At the end of the first session, she had a list of goals that matched everything I was hoping to achieve or change. She is holistically treating my mental disorder. While giving healthy direction regarding situations or relationships that I struggle to address. My counselor maintains a great balance of empathy and accountability. I look forward to seeing the improvements in my life.

Good so far. I Enjoyed my counseling session. She understood my goals and needs. Looking forward to proceeding with my care. I do,however, wish they were not booked out so far. Makes it difficult to make appointments. I DO NOT like their cancellation policy and fees. 48 hours is a long time to know a head if something is going to happen. Then, the 75 dollar fee is way too steep. Seems a little bit like a money grab.

Larissa is helping me so much. She really helps guide me through what I am having trouble with. After our session, I cleaned my whole house, cooked my first meal in a month, and am feeling really great today. Let’s go!
