Today was the 1st time I took my cat for her yearly checkup and everyone was so friendly and nice and very helpful and kind. My cat wasn't the best patient and the whole staff did everything to try to relax her. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone.
Great nurses and Dr. Nelson is fantastic. She is calming and gives detailed instructions for care. Only downfall is the waiting for prescriptions and checking out. I waited 20 extra minutes just to check out.
I have been taking my dogs to Larkin for years now and have always loved them. I felt I need to leave a review after the past few weeks we have had. Ww unfortunately had to put our 15 year old Schipperke down the day after Christmas, it was one of absolute hardest things I have ever done. Dr Nelson and everyone I dealt with that night were so amazing. They talked us through each step of what they were doing and left us spend as much time as we needed with her. Larkin was great throughout the first year of my pups life. He was on the wellness plan, and it was very much so worth the price I paid. He’s now a year and a half old, and was suspected to have a uti. I was charged around $250 for a vet visit in which they collected urine off of the floor that came to no conclusions. They wanted me to come back in for an x-ray, in which should’ve been done in the first visit so I wouldn’t have had to pay 70$ for another visit on top of the x-ray.
