I am a locator and see many properties every week. I toured a client at this property yesterday. We worked with Caroline (Leasing Agent) and received excellent service. The property is still somewhat under construction, especially the amenities part of the property, but the apartments are beautiful with great kitchens and finishes. My client fell in love and after touring 6 other properties came back to this property to lease. Good job Caroline in helping me lease this client.
**ROBBERY, BREAK IN's & CRIME** We have been robbed and broken into twice so far. I have lived here for 4 years and it gets worse each year. The garage gates are broken more than they are working. About once a month or twice robbers come and break into apartments and cars. I implore you to not live here, it is unsafe. God forbid you are home or around when the robbers are at LARQ. we have talked with the office staff who are your average/typical apartment staff, but in the end nothing from a resident standpoint has been done... read more
I thought we would love the location, but after moving in we realized how high the crime rate is. If you live on the first floor, don't put out patio furniture- it WILL be stolen. Check the Dallas police report page...several break-ins... both apartments and vehicles. We like our floor plan, leasing agents are very friendly and maintenance has been good.
