He was knowledgeable and professional. Knew a great deal about the car and did a great job explaining the features, 5 stars for Hunter. Miller dealership not so. zero stars. They added on about $1500 of dealer profit items under different names to our agreed upon deal. They did not disclose these until we got to the dealership. "First of all, the title of the car dealership is..." First of all, the title of the car dealership is misleading. This is not a dedicate Genesis dealership but rather a Hyundai/Genesis shop. From my experience, you do not get any preferential treatment as a premium car owner which I find surprising. Prior to buying a G80 in 2018, I was an Infiniti loyal customer and the level of customer service at the Infiniti of Peoria was outstanding. This is not the case with Larry Miller Genesis of Peoria. "I called the Genesis Rep and got no call back about my..." I called the Genesis Rep and got no call back about my HUD saying I need service after 3300 miles. I scheduled valet pick up service and got no confirmation. I called the Genesis Experience Director and he said he was in the middle of a sale and would call me back in a couple of hours. NOTHING. Very disappointed with all the promises during the sale.

I am very disappointed that wen I tried to get service I found that I was lied to by the financeabout the service and warrantey we would have on our car by the finance dept,, (Billy and the manager), I was surprised that they would do this to a 80 year old disabled veteran.
"No hassle " Emailed Luis to get some info on financing and down payment. Decided that his help was legit and decided to go to the dealership. Went there just to look around and got a no hassle service from Mr. Martinez and he was real with me with no dealer antics. I left there happy. Thanks again Luis Martinez and Larry h Miller Hyundai.
