I came to LVDG to have my record sealed in November 2013. I was told that I met all of the criteria and that it was a simple clerical process that would take anywhere from 8 months (if lucky) to 12 months to complete. Here we are in January of 2016, twenty five months later and my record is still not completely sealed. In all fairness, the staff working on my case the past several months have been outstanding.
