One thing I'd change is the floss you use. Please consider switching to Glide (which you give away to us). The floss you use in your cleanings frays and gets stuck in my teeth.

I had a cleaning with Pat today... she's wonderful. She knows I'd rather be elsewhere 😊 but she makes it pleasant. Great dentist with a great staff.
