Super helpful & courteous staff. They were even patient with my kids that had to tag along to several pre & post appointments. I was absolutely floored at the fact that my vision literally changed overnight! I would highly recommend them!!!

Best description I can give about the procedure at Lasik of Nevada in Reno is Life Changing, five plus stars for sure. I spent a long time on the fence and avoiding visual aids whenever possible; learning to function with poor distance vision. When to the initial appointment. Didn’t feel well explained nor care for, so I went with another clinic, even though they charge more. After all, I only have one pair of eyes, I rather pay more to go with a better care professional.
Made to feel like I did something wrong, when I told them I was claustrophobic. Dr was absolutely insensitive and acted unprofessionally. Your staff outside of him were good but would never use them if I’m going to have lasik as I don’t want to be made to feel like I am causing problems for your establishment.
During the process of my Lasik, my right eye still waters from the experience, I I noticed lots Excruciating pain on my right eye the doctor yelled at me because he told me to stop moving, but didn’t realize that I was actually fainting from the pain when he started The left eye, I asked him not to because I didn’t think I could go through it as he started. I noticed I didn’t feel a thing on my left eye the next day when I went back, one of the nurse commented that It could’ve been possible they didn’t numb one of my eyes
Learn the procedure. My vision is wrecked ! And the Dr told me point blank the outcome was exactly what was expected too bad for me she didn't tell me what was expected before hand if she had I wouldn't have done it.i would picket in front of your place if I could no way would I recommend you to anyone
After contacting them several times ..they said they couldn't do the laser surgery I requested. I'm not an ophthalmologist..perhaps they are not either but I was able to get done what I needed to fix my eye in an opthalmlogists Cataract place elsewhere..to me the procedure was ezpz..he looked at my eye did some tests did a little Lazer zip zip and I could see again. Not sure why they couldn't help me..maybe not enough money in it for them?
The procedure did not work because the prescription was not appropriate from the laser. Still dealing with eye soreness in the operative eye. Very upset !
