DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! In August, my dog came home with a severe rash under her arms. We thought it was a fluke, and tried them again this past weekend where my dog was BITTEN! There was no communication of the bite, so clearly there was no care there. They are dismissing our case, and not helping with any vet bills, and have not cared at ALL!

We were still discussing this with your husband and agreed to touch base again on Friday, however, I hoped that our offer to credit you for the vet bill would help alleviate our mistake.
