RecommendedOur two dogs stayed here for a week while we were on vacation and they had a blast! The facility is clean, beautiful, and perfect for dogs to run around safely. The staff went above and beyond to keep our dogs happy and safe. They kept us updated on how they were doing and even let us know when our dog had a hot spot developing on her neck. They kept the area dry and clean, gave us updates via email with photos, and the hot spot is healing nicely. Kaze and Cooper absolutely love visiting the Lauderdale Pet Lodge. Friendly staff, great trainers and very clean.
This was Wendell's first stay at Lauderdale pet Lodge and he had a ball. We always use the Pompano location because we live in Deerfield but this time they were booked. We arrived a bit nervous about leaving him but as we entered and saw many friendly faces especially one he knew, Natalie, we relaxed . They treat your pet like it is their own and you can call anytime and get an update on your pet and you can even watch a web cam while your dog is out playing. Love this place! My little dog is skittish and thinks he is a big dog. Love the staff and socialization he gets here! Only thing....wish the streaming online cameras were better quality and had cameras in all kennel areas �
This was my first time using a lodging facility. I did a lot of research before deciding on this place. My dog is an 8 year old mix, Chihuahua/Pomeranian spoiled little brat. I brought him to the Pet Lodge for doggy daycare twice before dropping him off on a five day vacation. The daycare really helped him to adjust. The employees make you & your pet feel very welcomed. They're friendly and knowledgeable. My Nemo had a wonderful time! He was soo happy when I picked him up. This place is great!
Sherlock is a rescue with fear of men and aggression toward other dogs. Over a six month period of occasional day care and several boarding days the amazing staff is transforming him to a well adjusted dog. Beginning with his clear love of the entire male staff to the employees using their personal dogs to introduce Sherlock to social situations. it is not possible to articulate what a great facility, run by a group of dedicated people who truly love and understand animals this place is!
