Laura was on top of everything from beginning to end. My loan was complicated due to covid protocols and my open equity line and she made everything I needed to happen, happen! If you want someone who is detail oriented and is highly knowledgeable in her field she is the one fir the job.

This was the first time my wife and I have worked with Laura and we were very pleased with how she helped us. From beginning to end, she kept us in the loop of what was happening in the refinancing process and what to expect as the next step. Laura was very competent and professional and answered all of our questions. She has a congenial and respectful personality and is easy to work with. Laura and her team at del sur mortgage are great. If i could give more then 5 stars i would. I started my home buying purchase with another company but after a lot of unprofessional things happened i found laura. Even with all of the covid 19 pandemic going on right now she made everything happen . She and her team where checking in with me constantly. I know i was not there only client but they definitely made me feel like i was there number one priority
