Laura is amazing. She is honest, explains every detail to your heart’s content- even when you ask her 100X! She is kind, and looks out for your best interest always. When I wanted to refinance my house and it did not make sense, she actually told me so instead of just processing my loan. She shared her insight, listened to why I wanted to refinance and asked me to hold on so we could do the refinance when it made sense. Laura was great. She walked us through everything every step of the way. I probable should say this, but she answered my calls all hours of the day, weekends, whatever. She was informative, helpful, proactive and a pleasure to work with. Even when things got hairy that was completely out of control, she made sure to go the extra mile.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Laura. Not only did she follow through on everything she said she’d do for us (and worked multiple loans for us at the same time) but she got us an even better rate, answered all our questions quickly along the way and completed the whole processes quicker than expected.
