Confusing communications at times between USA Lending - DAS Acquisition Company, Tennessee Title Services, LLC & myself. Seemed to be a tug of war over the automated systems, Qualia, etc. I have yet to received the final closing docs thru Qualia as promised by Tennessee Title Services. Also, I continue to believe that I am not responsible for the LENDER'S Title Insurance in this particular transaction.
