Laurel is very personable and patient. You don’t feel rushed and she takes the time to explain each step.
Laurel is always happy to see you and remembers things about you from the last visit no matter how long it has been. She also gets to business and confirms your overall health and hearing situation. She is open to listen to concerns and recommends solutions. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
