I cannot in good conscience fully recommend my doctor of 10+ years to someone. She needs to work on her own DBT. It's time I moved on after she told me I "assaulted" her. After telling her that "assault" is a loaded word, only then did she clarify and state that I "verbally assaulted" her 2 or 3 times (Q: Wouldn't you know exactly how many times you were assaulted if it were assault?). I wish I'd the chance to apologize for what she felt was "verbal assault" but I could not see over the walls of my trigger at the time. I may... read more
Dr. Lowenbraun is an excellent physician. She is extremely knowledgeable and is truly compassionate about her patients. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the care that I have received over the time I have been her patient.
Dr. Lowenbraun saved my life. She is an intent listener and pays close attention to detail which helps with decision making.

She is intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and supportive. She works WITH you and does not dictate to you. She offers you options and not just some random prescription. She gets to know you and what your individual needs, strengths, and limitations are. She is one of the best doctors, in any field, that I have ever seen. If she ever moves or retires I will be devastated. She is irreplaceable.
She can be a little bull headed at times but she is always willing to listen and does not dictate. She works with you to get you on the best medication regime with the fewest side effects. Love her.
