Couldn't be any happier with the service Atlantic Bay provided. Today's mortgage market isn't what it used to be, and that can require additional guidance, advice, and effort on the part of the lender. That's exactly what transpired in my case. Communication was terrific, correspondence was electronically facilitated and easy, exchange of paper was minimized, and the terms of my loan (rate, fees, closing costs, etc.) were very competitive. I can only highly recommend this mortgage company.
