I went here for a color and cut. Shelby came highly recommended. The first time she colored it was ok which is why I gave 1 star. The second time the cut & color was completely awful. She bleached my hair so blonde I looked hard and put away wet. This gal clearly doesn’t know the first thing about cutting hair or paying attention to the color that’s already on your scalp so whomever recommended her must have felt sorry for her. I went here December 31st to get the pink in my hair touched up and a haircut. I paid over 150 dollars for my hair to be fading right after even though I barely wash it and my haircut was completely uneven and awful. I’ll stick to Ulta or Look After.

I feel I was overcharged. Stylist added treatments that I wasn't made aware of and then charged for when I went to pay. I canceled my next appointment and will not go back.

Went for tonig but it did not turn out the way it was asked for ESP because one stylist handles 4 clients and tries to rush with the service . Went for a redo but they tried to refuse the service and they got pissed off, did not act very friendly and were pretty rude . I am def not going back. Allison was my stylist .
