I had a over the phone consultation with Ms. Marissa Abbott a few months prior and although at the time I was unsure whether I wanted to work with this office or not she provided great customer service as well as knowledgeable information. I even later received a follow up call from her in regards to whether or not I was still seeking services. I went in for a free 30 minute consultation with a lawyer. The lawyer was very knowledgeable and informative. I felt like she was already on my side. After spending 30 minutes with just the lawyer, finance came to talk with me about fee schedules and went over the contract in detail. Looking forward to working with them!
