Amazing lawyer who took care of everything! After shifting through lawyers, I met with Mr. Fernandez and he was great! Everything was dismissed.
Listening to much rhetoric from attorneys and pushing some policies which they entertained was not sufficient evidence for my granddaughter and me to select an attorney which proved no easy task. Attorney David Fernandez gave evidence that he represented scholarly skill in working "the legal system...i.e", the many cases which he won and showing general "pro family interests." After my daughter defaulted on student loans that I co-signed for National Collegiate Trust came after us both and ruined our credit. My daughter dropped out of college in her third year and had over 100,000. in student loan debt to be repaid. Since she had No degree and No job we could not repay these loans. Mr. Fernandez got them dismissed without going to trial, just show up at the court house when he tells you to and He will take care of the rest! Case dismissed!! He is outstanding! Judy H.

Mr. Fernandez was excellent, my case involving National Collegiate Trust was dismissed. The court dates were rescheduled a couple of times because Regent & Associates, the suing party, had no case. Mr. Fernandez handled everything and there were no worries.
David Fernandez has been the best! We found out in early June that our case had been dropped. I was so pleased to hear that it was over in our favor. Who could ask for anything more? So thank you David for representing us. You were very professional and we really appreciate you!
