DO NOT EVER, and I do mean NEVER IN LIFE USE BLAKE MAISLIN. Cannot recommend. Please read the lowest rated reviews, they are the truth. Had my case for nearly two years. They switched lawyers on me without even telling me. The person I dealt with the most was the paralegal, which was like hardly ever. Your concerns are important and noted. To be fair, we worked really hard trying to find the facts to prove your case. Doing so we spent a good deal of time (and money) on your behalf. It would have been a disservice to tell you what you wanted to hear. In the end, however, we wish you the best of luck and also hope your new lawyer can bring you the result you hope for.
Absolutely think twice about using this firm under any circumstances. I called and talked to an attorney about an accidental death. He was the most condescending asshole I’ve ever spoken to on the phone and I abruptly ended the call. Clearly these are ambulance chasers do research online and Find a reputable attorney, just don’t use them.
I have NEVER heard of a lawyer that takes over 2 years to settle a car accident case. My mother hired Phillip Wiehe who came to her and said he could win a simple car accident case that had VIDEO FOOTAGE clearing her of all fault and yet over 2 years later I'm listening to her breakdown because after we lost everything our home, our car, our lives as they were entirely Mr.Wiehe doesn't even want to pursue the case anymore.This will go down as the first Google review I've ever written out for the absolute WORST LAWYER I HAVE ... read more

The problem is you completely misrepresented and continue to deny your prior medical condition, which is the exact same condition you are claiming was caused by your accident. On top, you took out a sizable loan against your case. They also took 1/3 of even my medical bill and the damage on my vehicle. They also don't back what they tell you. Make sure any verbal agreement you have with them is in writing. Do not use these shady lawyers! Adding that Blake Maislin himself said that they took the extra 1/3 out of my vehicle damages because they "fought" for me. They should add that they take more of your money when they fight for you in their "We Fight 4 You" commercials...
