In my opinion, the Law Office is run by professionals willing to take it beyond entitled regular service. In our case, the new firm/employer filed I-485J and G-28, but for some reason USCIS still kept sending communications to this Law Office. Nidhi and Pragha from Law Office were always on the top of it and never missed any details they needed to share including follow-ups.
