Friendly, puts patience at ease, takes her time to explain, and positive.
He was very nice and helpful. I want him to always be my doctor
I've been seeing Fowers for a year or so and she's a great primary if you only need the basics. However, she's not empathetic or knowledgeable about serious symptoms and struggles of unknown chronic ailments. She's more likely to laugh and tell you it's all in your head rather than admit she doesn't have the answer. If you have serious health problems and need to see a family medicine doctor for guidance on what paths to follow on diagnosis and treatment, look elsewhere. I've had seen previous primary care doctors that do li... read more
Have had a really really bad experiences with Casey since he has transitioned to working with the Ogden Clinic. My experience is that he and his office seem to be incapable of properly resolving patient concerns. I was overbilled quite badly for a recent visit. In addition, I inquired with his office to extend a prescription by 2 days so that I could fill my last refill and he opted to not work with the pharmacy to allow me to fill it. Absolutely horrible patient support by this doctor. My recommendation is find somebody tha... read more

I was charged $60 in addition to my co-pay because we did the visit over the phone during the COVID-19 outbreak. I only needed a prescription refill and the visit took less than 10 minutes. They did not tell me at the time that there was an additional fee, only sent me a bill later.
The lack of communication is very frustrating, sometimes I will have to wait weeks for him to respond to either a question or prescription refill. I recently turned a prescription assistance form for him to fill out, its been a week and still no reponse. Everytime I have an appointment for my rx refill he acts like im bothering him, wasting his time. Almost like he thinks of me as a drug addict. I have have been diagnosed with ADD and I need my prescriptions in order to function properly.
