i have been going to them for over 11 years. The new doctors have really changed the atmosphere there. They want to do all these new treatments and not listen to your true concerns. The prices are horrendous and getting worse. They nickel and dime you to death as well. I used to love this place and now I am forced to find a different place for my fur babies.
Poor care. vet was very dismissive over procedure that left my little dog was trembling (called him drama king). not place for me
My friend brought a cow with an abscess over to this ‘establishment’, and had to load her own cow, after having surgery on her arm, and had no help! The cow overpowered her and she was mauled after that in the pins! Gates suck! And if you want help don’t expect a guy!
I moved from a big city to small town and this place has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a vet clinic. Front desk is absolutely rude over the phone and not to mention the prices are outrageous. Even in big city I never paid the amount I have here. When you expect a small town service you expect care as if they were your own. I know it is not just me family and friends have moved vets due to these issues.
