Poor care. vet was very dismissive over procedure that left my little dog was trembling (called him drama king). not place for me
My friend brought a cow with an abscess over to this ‘establishment’, and had to load her own cow, after having surgery on her arm, and had no help! The cow overpowered her and she was mauled after that in the pins! Gates suck! And if you want help don’t expect a guy!
I moved from a big city to small town and this place has been the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a vet clinic. Front desk is absolutely rude over the phone and not to mention the prices are outrageous. Even in big city I never paid the amount I have here. When you expect a small town service you expect care as if they were your own. I know it is not just me family and friends have moved vets due to these issues. They are to high on care.
I went to them Friday morning for my sweet boy Ranger to get surgery done. There service was very unprofessional especially since Ranger came from a shelter he doesn’t understand anything yet we’re working on it. He’s very attached to me and if I’m gone he does cry. They got very irritated with him because of it and called me right after his surgery to come pick him up because “ he was misbehaving.” So I proceeded to tell them yes, I will be there shortly. Wife took a week old foal in for an x-ray only(which was specified before they started) with a swollen hock after the mare stepped on her. Dr. Bailey took it upon himself to run cbc and iv antibiotics. Wife told him no, just do x-ray, as the foal was already sold and it’s care was up to the new owner. That’s when he threw a fit like a child. Two days later we get a letter in the mail signed by all 3 vets saying we’re not welcome to do business. I will not go back to this place until Billy B. Browning is no longer there. He is very rude and in front of my Granddaughter at that.
