I have been treated unfairly and very poorly at Chase Bank. They cut me off from years and years of being a customer. I went to LBS financial at 4341 E. 10th St. in Long Beach. I met with Marissa Puentes and honestly I almost cried with happiness. She is so wonderful to work with. In these crazy times I haven’t really seen any real good customer service.
