No problem at all. Pop the empty cartridge out, then you can put the fresh one in.
It's the only kind that I will use I like that it's good for my printer. The other non Brother ink is not good for my printer. I have used cheaper ink and it ruined my last printer. Brother all the way.

Ink Cartridges work great! I bought this for my printer due to not wanting to visit my local store in person. I was a little concerned that there were no plastic covers on the ink like the ones I purchased at my regular office supply store. I’ve only used I cartridge and it seems to working fine.
Broken Yellow Yellow cartridge was broken when I received the package. Red and Blue OK.
