Is it my printer or the ink cartridge? This is an XL size ink cartridge, and i installed it and did a print test, which was fine, BUT, the ink level in this new black cartridge is NOT full. It shows ink level only about 1/4%. I also purchased seperately the color cartridges, and their ink levels show full (like they should).. Not sure if this is due to the printer itself or the cartridge. The date on the cartridge had was not expired. I've purchased previously from this seller and not had this issue before. Oh well!
Quality Concern I purchased 4 ink cartridges, and the two I have used so far have caused clogs and total blockage. The cartridges look authentic and install normally, but within a few pages that color was clogged. It’s hard for me to be confident in the provenance of this ink.
