works Worked just like it was made for my old(over 2 years old) brother MFC-J485DW printer. I have read some reviews stating that these must be "fake" not real brother cartridges. IF "fake" they are D*** good ones!! The one I received was packaged as if going into space as are all the brother cartridges that I have ever bought. Installed same.
