Learned the Hard Way to Buy Only Brother Ink for My Printer I bought an after-market ink that SAID it was a less expensive substitute for the genuine Brother ink. The ink in the other product was dried up and I had to go back to Brother. I will never buy an off-brand again.
Great quality item, my only concern is the shipping quality of the item. I love this item, works well, easy to use, easy to order and great quality. No complaints regarding the actual item itself. I am very disappointed the shipping of the item and with how the item arrived smashed and damaged, but in order to replace it I have to pay shipping to return it which is quite a bit considering how inexpensive the product is.
