1.0 out of 5 stars no headline printing. The time before last the color package was damaged and 2 colors were short of ink. I didn't return them because you charge for returns so I used the money to go to Best Buy where I didn't have trouble with the ink. Thank You!
1.0 out of 5 stars It never worked! Black cartridge came almost empty! Unfortunately it's too late for a return i should've known when the test page didn't work. My mom was too sick and required my total attention. A few days ago, tried again, nothing. Then i realized the panel showed the black was nearly empty. Couldn't print in legible colors either. Waste of a lot of $

1.0 out of 5 stars Colored Ink Only Prints in Pink Super disappointed. My colored inks are printing in only the color, pink. Every-time I put something in color to print it’s in pink and black. I opted to purchase online to save some coins because locally in my country the markup is insane. But boy was I duped 🧐😣 I would have loved either a refund or replacements.

The nozzles needed cleaning and it used ALL of the colored ink and half of the Black ink and now I have to spend another 40 dollars for more, and it didn't clean the yellow nozzle enough, so I will need more ink after that. What a scam. I'm looking for another printer that is more economical to use.
1.0 out of 5 stars 1 print to nearly half full cartiridges I followed the recommended to the ink heads when you install fresh ink, which i did and it almost wiped out 1 third of the ink-level means: after only 1 print the ink-cartridges are one nearly half full
Much less than 200 pages!!! On average, these color ink cartridges last much less than 200 pages. In one instance, I installed the Cyan cartridge, printed 5 pages, than the Brother printer has the cartridge at less than 50%. Something is fishy here!
Ink barely lasts a day I’m so frustrated with our brother printer and this total rip off ink! I literally just put in a new Yellow cartridge yesterday and in cleaning the nozzles it used up the entire cartridge! I barely printed four pages and now it’s low ink already. Absolutely ridiculous
