The sales****** ****** was excellent. Very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. However, the install was a disaster. The 1st ****** left after an hour due to health issues but never told me. I was not notified by customer service either. Three hours later another ****** showed up without the proper equipment and needed to go to the store. The installation went very well however, follow up with the company was slow. The cost for the system seems to be expensive considering the system requires annual maintenance.

I was happy with the entire process. From start to finish everything professional if I had any questions they were answered immediately ****** was experienced courteous, and attentive to all my questions . He asked me did I have any questions. At that time I didnt so he went right to work after everything was done he gave me the rundown on what to do, when to do, and how to do it.

Very good whole house system .Water was clean clear and taste good. Removed hardness and bacteria . Great value for the money. Sales person was very informative and not pushy. This system works better than a much more expensive it *********** far so good.
