This is the second home that I have used this product. As a senior I know the importance of having this to protect my home and to save me from having to hire someone to clean my gutters.

Extremely pleased with our purchase of gutters and Lighting. We had gutters put on our house and had one issue and they came out and fixed it and now it is absolutely perfect. The lighting on our house is beautiful! We had debated whether to get permanent lighting or not and with the house being a two-story we decided to go with it and couldn't be happier.

Customer Service representative was polite, understanding and helpful. She said a technician would arrive in 48 hours to correct the issue. He actually arrived in 24 hours. His name is ***** and he corrected the issue, explained what he found, and showed me photos.

Our gutters work amazing, there are only a few times when the water can not go into the gutter and that is when its been raining and then becomes a downpour. I am very happy with my downspouts too. They drain well away from the house and we've put extenders on where they are needed. I would buy these gutters again. They look awesome too!

Overall experience was great! Product was efficiently and professionally installed as was represented to me originally. I thought my installer was absolutely one of the hardest workers Ive seen in a long timevery impressed with him and the quality of his work. My only issue was with his being sent out alone to do a job requiring him to be 20 feet plus up a ladder by himselfnot particularly safe from my perspective. I was super impressed when my enquiry got an answer within two hours. Next the sales rep showed up on schedule a day later. He walked me through what they could do, what they recommended, and gave me a reasonable quote. He said it could be up to a couple of weeks before the job could start, five days later they called and said the installer would be there the next morning.
