Really liked the sales guy. Because I was a past customer, it was not a hard sell. The lack of a star is due to his promises versus what the installers did. He said my slope looked off (from the system installed last year) and that they would fix it. The installers did not and said it was fine. He also said they would reattach my gutters on new project, and clean from top to bottom. They did not. They just installed the screens. the sales Rep **** ***** during the home appointment gave me a great presentation on the Leaf Filter system. **** was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and virtually sold me on leaf filter within minutes with his immediate likeable presence and disposition! The salesman arrived and looked over yhe project and then set down with us and explained everything in detail. When he finished he said his team would be at our home around 10 am the next day. They arrived around 10am and had the project done in less than 4 hours. We reviewed what they had done and everything looked outstanding.

Leaf Filter is the best. I have had and tested 4 other leaf guard systems, and all get clogged with my spruce pine needles. The key to Leaf Filter is the ultra fine mesh that does no allow needles to penetrate. Also, most important is a high pitch angle, equal to the roof angle, to avoid debris accummulation.
