From the first appointment, to the actual install (Calgary snow did not help with the timing!) I did not feel like I was being upsold or pressured. Professional, cleaned up after they were done, and more importantly, it all works!

I do believe they are on the higher price, but the fact they're America founded made and assembled i liked, the fact they're lifetime transferable warranty i like the salesman was good nice and not pushy at all the installation guy showed up and did the job in just a few hours all in all im happy with my choice, in the world we live in the price was my biggest issue but I'll deal with it and hope I never have to use the lifetime warranty
