Micky was a fun person to work with. He was knowledgeable and personable! Able, the technician who installed the system was great! He answered all of my questions throughout the process. He was very patient with me during the entire process with all the questions that I asked. Overall, the experience was excellent. he also explained how the trap works and how to clean it out.
