After install there were some problems. They came and installed something to prevent the drain from clogging. That only diverted the water and made it become a waterfall in front of the window. I believe I have called three times since to see if the problem could be fixed and NO ONE has yet to RETURN MY CALLS.
I was grossly overcharged! According to my internet search, Beldon Leafguard installation should run $11-$37 per foot for labor and materials. I was charged over $80 per foot at $5000 for roughly 60 feet. The installer had to return to the shop to get an angle made as he did not understand the drawing from the salesperson. The salesman recommended one thing and when that did not work, then came back to do exactly what he said he wouldn't do. I would have appreciated the honesty in the beginning.
