We need to have someone check some of the installation of the rain gutters. The corner drain in the backyard is not properly installed. Close to the same area according to a maintenance worker that checked things for us. Also in that corner area where it has the drop down drain, hardly any rain comes down that drain, probably because it needs to be adjusted.
