I have had three estimates on my gutters and NEVER have I ever worked with someone like Jake, the representative, not only was he honest and very attentive, his respect and demeanor were greatly appreciated. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me and very thorough. No pressure what-so-ever! I wish everyone could experience this great customer service. I really feel as though he took my personal needs into account and came up with a solution that suits my needs and situation. I highly recommend!
Called on Friday afternoon and Jake was here right away 9am Saturday morning. Went through a full inspection showing me the videos and pictures afterward of my current gutter conditions, then proceeded to show me all my options showing me the actual product that would be installed and videos of how the gutters operate. Very knowledgeable and friendly and then able to install just a couple of days later!

We have some issues with our current gutters so we knew we had to replace them. On top of that, having my husband get on a ladder to clean out gutters when he is in his later 70’s is something our children and myself want to stop. So we had Steve Z come out to give us a quote on Leafguard gutters. He was excellent at his job, efficient in looking at what we had going on, and explained everything to us in an easy to understand manner. Leafguard came out next business day to give me quote. Jake was exceptional in explaining system and all the advantages. He's probably the reason I'm purchasing leafguard. That and the outstanding price adjustment they gave me. Time will tell how well this works but I'm pretty confident there won't be any issues and I won't have to climb a ladder again. Dennis
