i have a problm with a gutor and after 2 visits it has not been fixed
I feel over charged and have been told by ather consumers the same. Also the quality of work was poor and installers unprofessional.
Called Leafguard for new rain gutters to stop our old gutters from dripping water every time it rains or snow is melting. Our front steps become straight ice in the colder months. We've had several people slip on the icy steps and we decided it was time to get this fix. The salesman knew this was a HUGE problem for us. With the arrival of snow and melt it appears the installation was lacking as I have water running down my exterior wall. Also, I have spoken with other who have installed leaf guard and considerably lower pricing.
Salesman doesn’t know the workers capabilities
Salesman didn’t know workers capabilities. It took a week of calling, emailing to get the loan reduced because they didn’t do what the salesman had ordered.
Have not fully completed job and can’t get a hold of them to finish.
My gutters were $20k and leaked from the day of installation. The installers told me it was a roofing issue and probably my solar panels. A solar company came and took a look and confirmed they were not the problem. Two different roofing companies came and looked and both said the gutters were installed incorrectly. I had to call multiple times over several weeks to finally have LeafGuard come fix the problem.
