Leah is very intelligent. She asked us a few questions and was able to make a great game plan. After filling out the online application, Leah to the lead and we were just along for the ride. I had a great experience with Leah. Hopefully I can refinance again in 6 months with a lower rate.

Once the specific rate was agreed upon, all the other aspects regarding loan approval were handled with only need to sign documents electronically when needed.

Leah helped me understand the various refi options available to me, and was very patient with all the questions I had. She did not pressure me at all and I felt empowered to ask other lenders for quotes (although in the end, none of them answered their phones!). I was very happy with the rate and the help Leah and her team provided throughout the entire process. I know this was a crazy time for many reasons but never did I feel like our refi was forgotten in the mix. Thanks so much!
