I have a grandson who has been noted as being on the autism spectrum. He is 13 years old and has been passed through his grades in school without actually passing his classes. My daughter and I were perplexed, not knowing how to help him, so by searching the Internet, I found LearningRx. We found LearningRx out of desperation for trying to help our daughter. She struggled socially as well as academically. Since she was young, we have tried to give her opportunities to accomplish things and feel good about herself, but confidence can only be gained and not given. This gave our daughter a better sense of self and a confidence socially and academically that we have not seen before. She has taken on more responsibility and is doing well in school and with friends.

The noticeable loss of this ability started to create anxiety and stress because I needed to write down everything I needed to do. Otherwise, I'd forget everything. It became very unsettling to not remember what I've said or done and what I needed to do. And while I spent more time stressing about trying to figure out why I was losing brain func... read more
