We started with my son, who was struggling with school. He had just been diagnosed with dyslexia. We did not really find a lot of therapies offered so we signed up. Halfway through, We saw such positive changes, we added my younger son into the Learning RX program. Both did very well and enjoyed coming because Learning RX made it fun. We have seen wonderful changes in both our boys. I tell everyone I know, if your kid is struggling, please check this place out. It really made a difference for us!
This is an update on my earlier review given just after finishing our sessions at Learning Rx. My daughter had been on some medication to help keep her focused and on task at school. But after the six months we did Learning Rx, I was happily surprised when my daughter told me should would rather not take the medicine as it made her "feel different." Our family had a wonderful experience with Learning RX and our child gained a whole lot from it. The teaching environment is friendly and fun and even though the exercises are not always easy, our child enjoyed going and pushed through the program. Learning RX is so different from any other tutor experience that we have seen, that we would do it again in a heartbeat. We feel that the Learning RX program teaches for life, while tutoring teaches for the lesson.
We had an excellent experience using LearningRx to increase my daughter's processing speed. Over the 90 hours we noticed a huge improvement with her processing speed and she is doing very well using these skills in school. I would definitely recommend this program to everyone!
I originally reached out for help with improving my son's processing speed. Since he has completed the program, I have noticed a measurable improvement in his skills and he has been able to even add 8 IQ points to his score in under 6 months. I would recommend this program to others!
This program has definately helped my daughter improve in many ways, but most noticeable was her improvement in her math skills, her processing speed, and reading. The staff were professional and her trainer was wonderful and kept her on task, even when she could be difficult on exercises she didn't particularly like.
