My 8 year old daughter is halfway through her training program, and she absolutely loves it! She has loved her trainer, Monica, and the program from day 1! She has gained so much confidence while working through various exercises each week. Seeing her own improvement has been highly motivating to her, and we are so excited to see how this school year goes for her! She said she never wants to stop going!

I absolutely love this place. My son is on his last week and has shown lots of improvement. His attention has increased and his attitude has become more positive when faced with hard projects. Everyone here is very professional, punctual, flexible, and kind. His trainer Kelsey has been such a positive influence in his life. She has challenged him is such a positive way.
