We had a very positive experience at LearningRx. We came to Marcia because we had tried so many other remediations, but our son continued to struggle in school and socially. I was a bit skeptical about the program, but signed up because of the hope that it would help our son. At first, he resisted because it was challenging for him. My boys, now 16 and 14 had brain training with Learning RX in Warren, NJ almost four years ago. It was highly recommended to us by homeschool friends. Both boys needed help with Math and Reading. We're so glad we signed them up because they not only had a lot of fun during training (more like playing games for them) but, we also discovered underlying issues which contributed to the academic struggles that they had. The differences that I see in my son's interaction with others are amazing - - what appears to be the quickest level of maturity EVER! When our son began the program we were consistently repeating ourselves. While it is partially due to his age, we can see we do repeat ourselves less often. He responds better to direction, particularly multiple steps. His interaction with others is a lot less awkward. He's a lot more respectful of space although he seems to digress when he is around babies...can't seem to not touch a baby's... read more

Sofia made tremendous progress in many areas that she wouldn't have through traditional schooling or tutoring. The environment was supportive and conducive to improvement. Sofia has improved in Math and Reading outside of Learning Rx. She has also improved in outside activities, including tennis.

We saw a lot of improvement in Matthew - - in reading and test taking, in quickness and ability to do many tasks quicker and with a better success rate. It is a wonderful place, full of encouraging and helpful people, which I would recommend to others. After I finished my associate’s degree, I wanted to go on for my bachelors, but I realized that my prior work had not been my own. I couldn't do all the work without assistance, but I wanted to do it on my own. After I did some research, I found LearningRx Warren. During the year at Learning Rx, I saw myself pushing and moving faster in many areas and found that I had joy in seeing myself getting better at spelling and many other things. I can truly say that the Learning RX programs has helped me in a number of ways, especially with my job. I feel I am more efficient in getting things done. I find I am reading faster at work and for pleasure. I am able to stay on task and focus for longer periods of time. Learning Rx was a great experience for me and has helped me feel more confident that I can be a more successful adult.

It was a fantastic experience. I could not have asked for more. My interaction with Marcia was wonderful. At all times she was courteous and listened and responded to any questions that we had. Marcia at all times was polite and took the necessary time to listen to our concerns and address them to the best of her ability. I feel that she did a great job with these necessary tasks.
