A couple of weeks ago, I brought my engagement ring in to have repaired. Sarah Read helped me. When I asked about cleaning jewelry that had been smoke damaged, she told me to bring it in when I came in to get my rings. When I came in to get my rings, she refused payment, saying she was glad to help us. She then spent a lot of time checking my jewelry, bagging it, and putting aside the pieces thhat needed cleaning.
