I sent my refill request nearly two weeks ago, a reasonable timeline to not run out of medication. No sense of urgency, lack of timely follow up, p*** poor customer service in the face of being told I would run out of meds. As soon as they told me my PCP wasn't responding to faxes (a week of no communication from LS that required sending an email for an update ), I contacted my specialist who sent in a new prescription the same day. I previously posted a negative review regarding Silsby. After talking to Steven, the pharmacy manager, he went above and beyond to make it right. And he did. Stellar customer service is a rare commodity, and I'm proud to say Steven provided it. I came back to Lee Silsby with open arms because of how Steven handled this situation. He was excellent and presented a terrific solution. Proud to be a new customer.
I'm leaving the original review up at the end of this update. Had a good discussion with Steven, the GM, and working with Lee Silsby is much better. Better communication and getting scrips renewed is happening. Reordering is still a little bulky but clear progress is being made. Original: Miscommunication galore. An app that isn't active but we're never told that. No follow up with physicians for prescribe refills. All in all, a series of terrible experiences.
Not very helpful. I had a simple question about storage requirements on a medication of theirs that I received through my physician. They refused to answer my question and refused to tell me why.
Reported Rx for Ketamine troche that has not been filed! That limited my ability to filed elsewhere. Lee Silsby had filed the Ketamine Troche Rx previously.
