Recommendedthis is a great place to take your pets. They have taken good care of my dog, and I've been very pleased with the care my rabbit (who is older and has some issues) has received from Dr. Hertzog. on top of all that they are much more reasonably priced than most other exotic vets.

Definitely give this vet office 5 stars! We visited for the first time today with our recently rescued blue heeler Roo! The staff greeted us as soon as we came in for our appointment and were really friendly! Honestly what set this place apart from our previous vet clinic was that Dr. Shriwise was so patient with our baby girl! She is very reserved around new people and he did everything he could to help her feel more comfortable around him in addition to answering all my questions! I love this office! I all my pets have had wonderful care and they are very fair with their prices. We have been going here for over 25 yrs. We did try a couple other vets for convenience but then realized we had better care at Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital.

The front staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. We saw Dr. Hamilton and my dog took to him immediately (that is rare for her)! He was very knowledgeable and gentle with her. We definitely will be back and I’ve already made an appointment for my 18 year old dog to get her yearly with him!

I have had nothing but great experiences every time I go to Lee’s Summit Animal Hospital. Not only are they super friendly and kind to work with, they take great care of my pup. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but LS Animal Hospital. And it’s every single employee that works there that is kind, helpful, extremely friendly, and doing an amazing job. Really do love this place and everyone that works here. Wouldn’t take my pup anywhere else.
