My most recent experience was well above average. I arrived early for my appointment time. There were no other cats in the waiting room, and I was taken back to an exam room quickly. The vet tech and vet were both very prompt in seeing my cat. As usual, their service was gentle, kind and thorough.
The best animal hospital in the state Dr. Teri is the most gentle , kind and generous vet there is . He helped my dog when my house got robbed and the robbers pepper sprayed my dog. He is the BEST I will never go anywhere else. The girls at his office are so nice and always get me right in thanks Ann and the crew. Your the best I appreicate you guys so much .
Awful. Awful. Awful. They quote you prices for procedures then double it when completed. Worst nightmare of my life. Go elsewhere. Don't let their so called "gentle care" and "sweetness" fool you, it's nothing but a racket.

bad experience This is my story and you can draw your own conclusions. Our cat was an outdoors cat, after six years of going outside she came home with a big gash on her belly. The wound area and her leg were swollen and bloody. My partner rushed her to the vet, and Dr. Costa received her. She told my partner that she will stitch her and everything will be fine. Which gave us so much hope; because we thought...
Do yourself a favor, and check the next one on the list .... I whish I had. I spent thousands of dollars with them over a few months trying to keep my cat alive, then when it came time to put him down, they couldn't wait to charge me the $60 fee (what a slap in the face).
